AiFans supports cryptocurrency payments, allowing you to top up your wallet balance instantly and securely using global digital tokens.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

We currently accept two major stablecoins pegged to USD:

  • Tether (USDT)
  • USD Coin (USDC)

Supported Blockchain Networks

To give you flexibility between transfer speed and network gas fees, we support four major blockchain token standards:

  • Polygon: Recommended for the lowest transaction cost. Average gas fees are around $0.001 per transaction, making it the most cost-effective option.
  • BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain / BSC): Inherits the features of Ethereum but with significantly lower gas fees (typically between $0.40 and $1.50) and fast processing times.
  • TRC-20 (TRON Network): A popular alternative offering fast transaction confirmations with moderate security and stable network performance.
  • ERC-20 (Ethereum Mainnet): The most secure and widely recognized standard across the industry. Note that gas fees on Ethereum are higher (often exceeding $15–$30 depending on network congestion).

Step-by-Step Payment Guide

  • Go to your Wallet and select Top-Up / Add Coins.
  • Select Cryptocurrency as your payment method and input the amount of AiFans Coins you wish to purchase.
  • Choose your preferred token (USDT or USDC) and select your target network (e.g., Polygon, BEP-20, TRC-20, or ERC-20).
  • The system will generate a deposit summary displaying the exact transfer amount, exchange rate, and target wallet address or QR code.
  • Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address to complete the transfer from your personal crypto wallet or exchange (e.g., Binance, OKX, Coinbase).

⚠️ Crucial Payment Instructions:

  • Exact Transfer Amount: You must transfer the exact required amount indicated on the checkout screen (up to 2 decimal places).
  • Include Exchange Withdrawal Fees: Most exchanges (e.g., Binance, KuCoin) deduct a withdrawal fee from the total sent amount. Please ensure you manually adjust your withdrawal amount so the net received amount matches our system request exactly.
  • Underpaid transactions cannot be recognized automatically by the blockchain gateway, which will delay your coin crediting.

Missing Coins or Payment Delays?

If your transfer was successful on the blockchain but your AiFans balance has not updated after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your account UID.
  • A screenshot of your crypto wallet withdrawal confirmation.
  • The Transaction Hash (TxID) link or code.
