UnionPay MoneyExpress Features & Quotas

  • Direct CNY Settlement: Remittances are automatically converted to Chinese Yuan (CNY) and deposited directly into your debit card.
  • Annual Convenience Quota: Remittances utilize the recipient's annual $50,000 USD foreign exchange convenience quota.
  • Declaration Exemption: Single transactions under $5,000 USD are default-exempt from manual income declaration.

Exchange Rates & Transaction Fees

  • Platform Fees: AiFans does not charge additional withdrawal handling fees. All transaction fees are levied directly by third-party payment processors, clearing networks, or receiving banks.
  • Exchange Rates: Transfers utilize real-time mid-market exchange rates provided by processing partners at the moment of initiation. (Unlike PayPal, which imposes a 1–4% exchange markup, transparent mid-market pricing ensures creators retain maximum earnings).
  • Handling Fees: Processing networks charge a nominal handling fee depending on the transaction volume, currency pair, and receiving institution.

Information Required for UnionPay Payouts

To ensure your remittance is processed without delay, please provide the following details accurately when configuring your payout settings:

  • Recipient's Full Name: Must strictly match the Chinese legal identity name submitted during your creator verification.
  • Recipient's Email Address: Contact email linked to your AiFans account.
  • UnionPay Debit Card Number: Card number for a supported Chinese debit card.
  • Residential Address: Country, City, Street Address, and Postal Code.

Important Restrictions & Bank Exclusions

Please carefully review the following compliance requirements before submitting:

  • Debit Cards Only: UnionPay remittances strictly support RMB Debit Cards. Credit cards are NOT supported.
  • Personal Accounts Only: Payouts can only be transferred to individual resident personal accounts. Transfers to business or corporate bank accounts are not permitted.
  • ID Requirements: The recipient bank account must be opened using a resident identity card of the People's Republic of China (PRC ID).
  • Unsupported Banks:The following financial institutions DO NOT accept overseas MoneyExpress remittances:
