Payout withdrawal guide

AiFans provides flexible payout options so creators around the world can easily withdraw their earnings. This guide details the available withdrawal channels, minimum payout thresholds, processing fees, and setup instructions. Supported Withdrawal Methods You can select from the following four payout channels based on your location and preference: Wise: Supported Currencies: USD For: Creators seeking lowest exchange markup rates. Requirements: Wise account info. PayPal: Supported Currencies: USD. For: Fast, convenient transfers to an existing PayPal account. Requirements: Verified PayPal email address. Local Bank Transfer: Supported Currencies: USD, CNY, JPY, EUR, MXN, KRW, VND, IDR, HKD, THB, and MYR. For: Direct transfers to regional bank accounts. Requirements: Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Account Number/IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC Code. Stablecoin USDT: Supported Networks: TRC-20 (Tron) / ERC-20 (Ethereum) / Polygon. For: international creators in regions with limited banking access. Requirements: Compatible USDT wallet address matching the selected network chain. Always double-check your network type before submitting to prevent loss of funds. International Wire: Supported Currency: USD For: Most expensive international transfer method for creators who do not have access to any other methods including crypto. Payout Thresholds & Processing Times Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $30 USD across all channels. Holding Period: Earnings must complete the standard 7-day security holding period before becoming available for withdrawal. Processing Speed: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 3 business days. Actual receipt time depends on your chosen payout method and financial institution. How to Set Up Your Withdrawal Account Log in to your AiFans creator account and navigate to Workplace > Withdraw. Add Person Information Authentication Click Add Payment Method or Edit Withdrawal Method. Select your preferred payout option (Wise, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or USDT) and fill in the required account credentials. Confirm and save your payment settings. Once set up, you can request manual withdrawals whenever your available balance reaches the minimum threshold. Rejected Payouts: If your payout request is rejected or canceled for any reason, check the Notes section in your Withdraw History to review the system feedback. Update your payout information accordingly once editing becomes available to resubmit your request.
Withdrawing Internationally with Swift

For regions not yet covered by our local bank deposit network, AiFans offers international wire transfers via the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) network. This enables creators to receive payouts almost anywhere globally. ⚠️ Important Requirement: SWIFT transfers are processed strictly in USD. Please ensure your receiving bank account can accept USD deposits before requesting a transfer. 1. What is a SWIFT Transfer? A SWIFT transfer (international wire transfer) is a secure method for moving funds across international borders through a global network of intermediary banks. Because funds pass through corresponding banks, processing fees and timelines are higher than local bank transfers. 2. Processing Fees & Important Notice Fixed Processing Fee: Each SWIFT transfer incurs a non-refundable $30 USD processing fee levied by the wire clearing network. Non-Refundable Notice: Please double-check all banking details prior to submitting. If a transfer fails or is rejected due to inaccurate information, the $30 USD processing fee cannot be recovered. Intermediary Bank Fees: Corresponding banks along the transfer route may deduct additional intermediary handling fees before the funds reach your local bank. 3. Information Required for SWIFT Payouts To ensure your international wire arrives safely without delay, please provide the following details accurately: Recipient's Full Name: Must strictly match the legal name on your bank account records and your AiFans creator verification. Recipient's Residential Address: Your current address registered with your bank. SWIFT / BIC Code: The unique 8- or 11-character identifier for your bank branch. IBAN or Account Number: Your full bank account number. (An IBAN is strictly required for accounts in Europe, the Middle East, and select other regions). Bank Branch Address: The physical address of your bank's branch. How to create a creator homepage?

After signing up, you must complete your creator profile and set up your first subscription plan to launch your creator homepage. 1. Creator Profile Display Name: Choose any name you like. Creator display names do not need to be unique. Creation Category: Select your primary genre so fans can easily discover your content across our platform search and tags. 2. Subscription Plans Plan Name & Type: Choose a title for your plan and select a subscription type. Tier Subscription (Default): Recurring monthly support with tiered rewards. Standalone: One-time or project-based support. Free Plans: Leave the price at 0 coins to offer a free tier. Welcome Message: You can set an automatic direct message (DM) that will be sent straight to a fan's inbox upon joining. (Note: No email notification is sent for new subscriptions). To add more tiers, click Add New Plan, or simply click Become a Creator when you are ready to launch your page.
How to buy a commission?

AiFans allows you to order customized commissions directly from creators, supporting flexible workflows ranging from single-piece requests to multi-stage collaborative projects. 1. AiFans Commission Shop Creators set up custom commission offerings with varying price ranges, delivery timelines, and slot availability. If a creator’s commission slots show zero offers available, it means they are currently not taking requests, and you will need to check back later. Click on any commission title to view the full request details, pricing tiers, description, and the creator’s specific terms or creative guidelines before ordering. 2. Placing a Commission Request Reference Materials: When submitting your request, you can upload up to 5 reference images (each up to 50MB) to guide the creator. Agreement to Terms: By placing an order, you agree to the terms and creative scope outlined by the creator. Order Status & Cancellation: After clicking Order, you can track your request under My Commissions > Client. You may freely cancel your request before the creator accepts it. Once the creator accepts the order, your AiFans Coins will be deducted and the order cannot be unilaterally canceled. Rejections & Communication: If a creator rejects your request, you can message them privately to discuss adjustments before placing a new order. 3. Multi-Stage Approval & Escrow Protection AiFans features a secure escrow system with customizable workflows (1 to 3 stages) to ensure quality control at every step: Escrow Holding: When the creator accepts your commission, your coins are securely held in platform escrow and are not immediately released. Progress Updates: Creators may share work drafts under Creatives for preview purposes without triggering formal approval. Stage Approval & Partial Release: When the creator submits work for formal review, click Approve. Confirming the approval releases the payment for that specific stage to the creator (stage payments are non-refundable once released). Final Delivery: Upon reviewing the final completed stage, click Confirm / Final Approve to complete the order and release the remaining payment. If the order is mutually terminated later, unapproved stages will be refunded to your wallet. 4. Commission Cancellation & Mutual Termination If circumstances change, either party can request an order termination: Initiating Termination: Click the menu icon (three dashes) within the commission details page, select Request Termination, and provide a reason along with supporting image proof. Mutual Agreement Required: Cancellations require agreement from both parties. If the other party accepts, the order is cancelled and unapproved stage payments are refunded as AiFans Coins to your wallet. Declined Requests: If a termination request is declined or if one party wishes to continue, the termination option is disabled.
