You can view and manage all of your previous transaction history—including coin top-ups, active tier subscriptions, post unlocks, and custom commissions—directly inside your account dashboard.
How to Access Your Billing History
- Log into your AiFans account and tap/click your Profile Avatar in the top navigation menu.
- Select Billing History from the dropdown menu.
- Here you can view a detailed log of your past transactions, active creator subscriptions, expired plans, and coin usage.
Locating Your Order / Transaction ID
If you need to contact support regarding a payment dispute, top-up inquiry, or refund request:
- Find the specific transaction under your Billing History.
- Locate and copy the unique Transaction ID / Order ID (e.g.,
TXN-XXXXXX). - Paste the ID into your support request so our team can immediately locate your payment record.
