If your withdrawal status is still "Pending," please note that standard payout processing takes 3 to 7 business days (excluding Canadian public holidays). Processing times may be slightly extended at the beginning of the month due to higher overall withdrawal volumes.

If your withdrawal status displays as "Complete" but funds have not reached your receiving account, please review the common troubleshooting scenarios below:

  • Incorrect Card / Bank Details: Transfers sent to an incorrect card or bank account number cannot be recalled by AiFans. Always double-check your account details before initiating a payout. If you notice an error in your saved details, contact us immediately.
  • Identity Verification Delays: Receiving banks or processing partners may hold transfers requiring additional identity or compliance documentation. If additional info is needed, our support team will reach out to you via direct message or email.
  • PayPal Verification Holds: PayPal payouts may be delayed or returned if your PayPal account is unverified, restricted, or requires identity verification. Please resolve any verification flags directly within your PayPal dashboard.
  • Crypto Compliance & Reversions: Certain jurisdictions or crypto platforms require sender identity verification. Since AiFans does not provide sender personal identity details, the platform may reject the deposit. In such cases, please contact your exchange/wallet support to revert the transaction, and send our support team the transaction hash and screenshot proof so we can deposit the returned funds back into your AiFans balance.
  • Account Suspension due to Violations: Payouts are immediately suspended if an account is frozen due to violations of AiFans Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines. Check your registered email for official notifications.

⚠️ Processing Window Notice: If your AiFans withdrawal status shows as "Complete" but the funds are not yet reflected in your bank account, e-wallet, or crypto wallet, please allow 1 to 2 hours for clearing networks to complete batch settlements.
