1. Use Your Original Sign-In Method
Always log in using the same method you used to register:
- Google / Social Login: If you signed up via Google and haven't created a password in your Account Settings, you cannot log in using just your email and a password.
- Create a Password (Recommended): We strongly advise setting a password for your account. Signing in with an email and password is the most reliable method—especially during peak server traffic.
2. Turn Off Your VPN
To ensure a smooth verification process, please turn off your VPN before logging in. VPNs often trigger security flags and can cause captcha verification failures.
3. Completing the Captcha Verification
