Violations may result in content removal or permanent account suspension depending on severity and frequency.
1. Intellectual Property & Original Content Protection
We prioritize and protect original content creators. AiFans maintains a zero-tolerance policy against intellectual property infringement, including:
- Plagiarism & Theft: Re-uploading, claiming ownership of, or monetizing work created by others.
- Unauthorized Translation & Redistribution: Translating, scraping, or redistributing copyrighted literary works, comics, or media without explicit creator authorization.
- Misrepresentation: Falsely representing third-party intellectual property as original creations.
Reported or suspected intellectual property violations will be investigated immediately. Confirmed infringements will result in content removal, payout freezes, and account termination.
2. Public Space Visibility Standards
Publicly accessible areas of your AiFans page—including banners, profile avatars, tier descriptions, collection titles, preview images, and public posts—must remain strictly Safe For Work (SFW).
⚠️ Public Censor Requirements: Any explicit content, sexually suggestive poses, or depictions of visible genitalia, buttocks, or female nipples must be fully obscured or censored in public areas. Explicit, uncensored content is strictly restricted to paid subscriber tiers or private locked posts.
3. Acceptable vs. Prohibited Adult Content
AiFans welcomes artistic and creative expressions containing mature themes across all mediums (including written fiction, 2D/3D illustration, animation, and AI-generated media). However, we enforce strict boundaries regarding extreme content:
- Prohibited (R-18G & Extreme Violence): Explicit content solely focused on severe violence, non-consensual sexual abuse, or gratuitous gore is strictly prohibited.
- Absolute Zero-Tolerance: Any content glorifying sexual violence, non-consensual sexual activity, or real/depicted minor exploitation is permanently banned.
4. Policy Enforcement & Global Compliance
Our Trust & Safety team continuously reviews platform content to ensure compliance with global payment processor regulations and local jurisdiction laws. Policies are updated periodically to adapt to changing legal environments.
